In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "php567," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the php567 platform and the legal entity operating it.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at php567.net, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon completing the php567 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means the total amount of Philippine Peso (PHP) funds deposited by you and/or won through gameplay that are held in your Account.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or bonus funds credited to your Account by php567 under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before it, or winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by php567 in compliance with applicable regulations.

To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close relative of an employee of php567 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must not have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason.

Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your Account.

php567 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals.

Duplicate accounts — that is, more than one Account registered to the same individual, household address, device, IP address, payment method, or phone number — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, php567 may close all associated accounts and permanently withhold any balances therein.

php567 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. php567 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which php567 bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited into your php567 Account are held in a segregated account and used solely for the purposes of gaming on the Platform. php567 does not use player funds for operational expenses.

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed all applicable KYC verification requirements.
• There must be no pending investigation or security review on your Account.
• You must have satisfied all Wagering Requirements attached to any active Bonus Balance.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your chosen withdrawal method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit that generated the funds being withdrawn, wherever possible. In cases where this is not technically feasible, php567 will contact you to arrange an alternative verified payment method.

php567 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to the processing times of the receiving financial institution or e-wallet provider. php567 bears no responsibility for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

php567 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.

General conditions applicable to all php567 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, or IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the associated balance.
• php567 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion between players, will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and potential Account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering calculations, php567's decision is final and binding.

All games available on the php567 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

php567 uses independently certified RNG software for all applicable games to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained croupiers and streamed in real time. Results are determined by the outcome of the physical game action as recorded by the live stream.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php567 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing php567 staff or other players through any communication channel.

php567 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in violation of this Section, withhold any associated balance pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

php567 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. The Platform provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During the exclusion period, your Account will be disabled and you will not be able to log in or receive marketing communications.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of your current session duration and net gaming activity.

php567 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• A request from a payment provider, financial institution, or law enforcement authority.
• The player voluntarily requesting account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an Account is closed for reasons not attributable to a breach by the player, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

All content on the php567 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and page layouts — is the exclusive property of php567 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of php567.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, php567 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

php567's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php567 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

php567 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as KYC verification partners and payment processors) strictly as necessary to provide Platform services, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Players with unresolved complaints are encouraged to contact the php567 support team in the first instance. php567 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
